Coaching for Change is a proven process that can enable you to achieve fulfilling results in your personal and professional life. By being coached, you will learn more about yourself and your goals, improve your performance and enhance the quality of your daily life.

Where do you  want to go?

Examples of the sort of big life changes many people wish for include:-

  • Changing  your present work to achieve a better work/life balance.
  • Getting back to work after the family have grown up, early retirement or redundancy. 
  • Starting a new business or other group.
  • A total change of direction.

How can coaching help?

Coaching for personal growth and achievement is non-directive. You are not told what to do. Your coach is a highly-trained 1:1 communicator who uses appropriate questioning and listening skills to help you identify and focus upon goals that are right for you. With the support of your coach you will then develop a programme that will enable you to achieve your goals. 

I bring to my coaching practice many years of experience in the human resources field.  My previous people-centred roles, in addition to my training as a professional coach, underpin my ability to respond intuitively to client's coaching needs. 

What must you do?

All that is required of my clients is that they approach coaching by being honest with themselves and by being committed to take those steps and make those changes they agree during their coaching sessions.

When did you last think about your core values?

Many people are not sure they know what their deeply held or core values are and what they represent, or may not have thought about them for years. If this is the case, it may be that some of the life stress you carry could be better understood and in some cases, eliminated altogether.

Coaching for Change can help you to do this by simply discovering or re-discovering what your core values are. With my help these can then be "stress tested" to see which are your most important ones. Once this is achieved you will become more aware of these values and can take responsibility for honouring them within your everyday life. Living in harmony with your core values will help you to a more fulfilling life.

At the beginning of the coaching process, I use a simple graphical technique to examine areas of a client's life that they may want to change. This provides an insight as to where to begin your coaching journey.
