Jill's own former career as a human resources professional spans many years working in manufacturing industry industry, private enterprise and the public sector and dealing with all areas of staff development. This has included:- restructuring staff and management teams as a result of organisational change; helping those who would now work together as a result of a take-over or merger and mentoring and encouraging those who could do better, but did not believe in their own ability.

The pace of organisational change continues to accelerate, affecting people in their working and private lives. We cannot halt or reverse change, we must adapt to it and benefit from it where we can. Working as a coach, Jill taps into her natural passion for helping people to realise their true potential, for the benefit of individuals, their businesses and other organisations.
